Installed Total Chaos Fabrication Tacoma Bed Stiffeners Part#48676 in my 2021 DCSB. Decided to do this after getting the Rola 59799 bed racks, on which I will carry lumber, etc. Nothing incredibly heavy, but given the structural flex in the Rola racks, and potential bed flex/cracking I'd read about here on TW, I figured what the heck. Install went very smoothly with one minor hitch: about 1/16" of space between the vertical side of the stiffeners and the bed frame. See pictures. Figuring cranking down on the bolts with the space there would pull/distort the bed frame at the bolts, I put washers in between the stiffener and the bed frame to fill the space. A little tricky to get them in there, but after tightening everything down, looks pretty good. I'd still give them 5/5 stars, nice heavy duty, good thick powdercoat, and good instructions.

Looks better than new! What happens during the full paint correction? Isn't there a clearcoat on these paint jobs?

Not the OP, but that's the 2009 to present divider from Toyota (PT767-35162). One of the first things I bought for the truck. Look for someone near you selling it on the Buy/Sell/Trade thread here, on whatever local website you follow (Offerup, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), or wait for Toyota to have a % off sale and free shipping.

My current one. Lights are solar.

I also replaced the yellow warning tag. And looking at it close up, Toyota could have done better on those welds.

I installed some bed stiffeners on my Taco recently too. The video showed and the guy said to install them as you have configured. Do you know if there is anything wrong with flipping the orientation so that the side that sticks out is closer to the tailgate? That's how I have mine oriented and don't really see how it would impact functionality.

I didn’t know a bed divider like that existed. That is awesome but I can’t believe it’s over $300 new

They only go on one way (these particular ones at least) - the top holes are offset so they can’t be swapped left to right.
