285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders.
:rofl::rofl: Thanks! Needed a good laugh right now. Transitioning out of my current position to a new appointment in a couple weeks. Not a huge raise, but the extra $15k a year will help cover the rising gas prices here in Cali.

That's impressive, I didn't think these trucks could foie gras 12 quarts of oil. My OCD flips out if the dip stick is a smidge off. I guess I don't need to worry about it anymore. o_O BTW, did you ever check those spark plugs and wires? On second thought, just leave em.

Yes, you’ll need the V5 pigtails to connect the V5 to the Puddle connector, and the Footwell T-harness along with the splitter (used to be included with footwell kits). With this setup you’ll be using the Footwell T-Harness, not the Puddle T-Harness. The VLEDS splitter will only connect to the Footwells T-Harness.

There was something that was removed that makes the ride better when not towing.. I forget but it's a 3inch lift with tri leaf added

Picked up an Outland fire bowl. Figured since California never lets us burn it’s an easy way to still get a little fire(ish) feel..

I don't have V5's but I don't see a reason it wouldn't work. The meso harness has the connectors built into the harness for them. The spllitter should work

Does idling in your truck really hurt your mpg? I’m only averaging 14-15mpg with a 256 mi to empty. It never seems to resets once I fill up. Kind of frustrating when other guys stock are claiming 17-18+ mpg

Idling = 0 mpg. Find a way to keep the wheels turning. Put 40 psi in your tires.

I would say yes. I've observed idling for about 30 minutes destroys my total tank MPG by 1+ mpg. I'm cutting off the engine now when idling waiting for my people to get in the car. It's not easy here in the Florida sun, but easier on some days...

Is your mpg what is displayed or are you physically calculating the #s?

I average about 12-13 L/ 100 klms or in US terms 18-20 mpg according to my display. Here is an interesting article.
    https://www.aaa.com/autorepair/articles/how-to-maximize-fuel-economy

Note, I have a bed cover and tire size is only slightly taller than stock.

The front rail or the caps? I want to say the front rail was like $40. Lemme check order. Eh, $58 on AMZ I paid last June. All to add a couple tie down points I have used exactly once.
