CBI High Clearance Swing out bumper with two 1.75 gal Rotopax and full 35" spare... It took every bit of energy I had, super easy if you have help but I did it alone after my friend dropped and scratched my bumper... just told him to leave. I don't recommend anyone do it alone, not only is it heavy the odd shape makes it pita to mount...I got lucky my gym days paid off for something more then girls hahahhahaa... Overall, bumper is high quality, everything fit as it should...would buy again for sure. Oh and a new sPod BantumX. Hopefully these are my last mods for a while. Dumped 30k in the truck in the last 10 days..

I'm trying to find a locking one that is actually wide enough to fit our hitch and be dark colored and also not freeze up with rust/rain. haven't found the ideal candidate yet.

I'm actually trying to install some Rigid SRQs in my bumper eventually and get rid of the HitchPod altogether. HitchPod is great, but it looks kind of tacky and like a cyclops. Still, I'll keep it for the functionality until I get a nice flush mount solution in the bumper done.

I wish I had your optimism in humanity. But then I watch the news and know why I don’t want random people around the world knowing everything about me, which includes my license plate number.
The person that tracks you down from the other side of the country because they don’t like a post you made in a truck forum is way scarier than the person locally that gets ticked off from you pulling off the road to let them pass because you are only going 5 MPH over the speed limit when they want to go 30 MPH over the speed limit.
Of course if someone messes with me I can protect myself, but I can’t protect my family while I’m at work, so yeah, I blur my plate number online for many reasons.

What part is plastic, the arm? Pic?

I bought the short one, they have a longer one also. I've had it for a while now, the key hole cover seals up well. I gave it a shot of white lithium grease & I've had no issues with water, ice or dirt.

I completely understand 99% of what you wrote. My online presence is locked down for that reason and d/t my profession. The 1%: If I saw your license plate, apart from knowing which state you were in, how could I use that information to track you down (assuming I’m not a cop, etc.)?

I don't know about the US, but here in Ontario, Canada, our service Ontario's (I think it's called the DMV in the US) is actually a privately owned business with access to the ministry of transportation. So if I was a bandit that knew someone that worked there, or knew the owner, they could potentially give that information. I agree it's a crazy world out there... Just gotta be the best human beings we can :)

Just installed front Sumo’s. Hardest part was getting the control arms to drop low enough to give me the space to get them threaded in.

    Toyo Open Country ATIIIs!

265/65R17, XL 116T rating. Bit stronger than stock while being stock size. Black sidewall which I like. So far so good, they drove really smooth and quiet on the way home, we shall see how the long term goes. I’m glad I both downsized and ditched the E rated tires.

Y’all and your fancy names for things and need to put OUs in everything like color ;) I love Canada. Anyway, the DMV is government and it would probably be easier to hack TW for someone’s IP than to get into the DMV system. Agree, just don’t be an asshole either way.

That pic is a bad angle, they’re not always engaged. They are maybe 1/4” from touching on the inside. I just made a quick trip around town and haven’t noticed any difference yet.
