Having the same problem with the stock tires.

 

Nice to see that Bilstein followed Dobinsons and used banjo fittings on the hose ends. Unlike everyone else.

Looks great. The cost of the TRD plate has a lot to do with it's thickness/protection. I ran the stock skids on my 4Runner for years and they were great for acting as a warning when I heard a clunk or scrape, but I knew better than to actually skid over anything. It all depends on what you plan to encounter.

 

Those look really compact. Who makes them? Are they frame mounted. I’m about to press buy on some from RCI but can’t stop comparing options.

 

Just snow I hope at this point for me an the oem plate the sr5 has.

 

Added a right angle USB adapter to get the USB cable out of the way of my cup holders and center storage. Trivial compared to a suspension mod but it’s what I needed today.

Also went out tree hunting. Didn’t even have to use 4WD

FWIW I love my RCI sliders

 

Id recommend going wireless airplay and then you can pretty get the wires completely out of the way. Once you go wireless, you’ll never go back
