Did some work today on my SR. Added smoked fog lights, a new hard tonneau cover, and finally got my front windows tinted.

my original tonneau was slashed so had to get a new one. Picked up a open box tonneau and reused the parts from the slashed cover. Saved $300 on it.

    tint is 3m fx 25

That’s where I got the last two German ones. The other two in stock were from a country whose products I try to avoid. Maybe when they get new stock it will be from Germany.

I've actually never gotten an alignment before, and just do it all at home the best I can. Works fine.

You should so your nice tires don’t wear faster than they need to. Been there. Done that. Tires are expensive.

Eh I got 55k out of my old set, and the tires were equally as beat from the rocks as my garage alignment. I go through too many tie rods and joints to get an alignment, on top of spindles slowly bending and pivots bending. Half the time I'm correcting it before I drive 1k miles home from a trip. The Lt should get rid of most of that now that I have polys instead of stock, rubber bushings on the Lca. And uniballs instead of bjs.

Nada, already dent my fenders enough in the rocks. No need for wider fenders.

Got some more work done but a lot of loose ends.
    1. Wired the arb dual to a switch left of steering wheel. I just don’t have the switch yet. So I’m using a tall switch I ordered by mistake until the small one comes in. It’s just hanging out. I wired this to an ignition source so I don’t accidentally leave it.
    2. Wired the Weboost in. The switch I ordered for it is broken and sticks on so the connector is just hanging out. I still need to mount the amplifier beneath the driver seat and mount the external antenna and internal antenna but the wiring is done. Hopefully the position of the internal antenna will be okay; at the overhead area. I wired the Weboost to an always hot circuit.
    3. Ran wiring up to the overhead console so I can install a switch for a front e locker, if and when I decide I want it.
    4. Didn’t reinstall the a pillar trim because I’m still holding out hope that @MESOJDM will restock the puddle switch kit soon.
    5. Installed all of these switches into a 3d printed panel from Etsy which is garbage tbh. Waiting on @MESOJDM to reopen orders for a custom switch panel. I had to cut the dash to accommodate the 5 switch panel.
    6. I now have a free circuit on my SPOD which I’ve decided to use ONLY for lights so I’m thinking a pair of SS5 mounted to the high hoop on the BAMF hybrid would be nice!
    7. Thinking to add some seat jackers since I’ll need to unbolt the seat to get the Weboost amplifier installed.
    8. Last but MOST importantly, I got the security footage of the perps that keyed the truck. It was 4-5 kids that came back to the truck 4 times in 20 mins to key it, and they even hit the tires with a rod. Got the phone and name of the ‘gang leaders’ father so I’ll be giving him a call after I speak with the local PD.
Still need to button up the wiring in the engine bay and the relay for the switch I added.

That’s the goal. And while I’m over the damage to the truck, I definitely feel the families need to be held accountable so their kids don’t make stupid decisions in the future and the parents learn to better educate them.
