Nice! Curious, what kind of impact, if any, do the spacers have on your alignment? Any before/after experience?

    TIA!

Just got my Mall Crawl permit, super excited to jump off side walks. Also added some 5x HP with a VP racing fuels decal.

Nice! Ordered the Trail Edition grille for ours yesterday. Was thinking of going with the Pro grille like so many others - still looks better than the OR grille IMHO - but I really like the bronze lettering on the Trail Edition grille.

Driver's side is electric, but looking at seat blocks for the wife's side too.

    Following along... keep us posted!

Thanks for the excellent write-up! All the same experiences with the OTT performance tune done on ours as well. Coming from a Tundra I was immediately and really concerned about the throttle lag, gear hunting and seeming under-performance. Didn't expect it to be a V8, but I was like "uh-oh... did I just make a BIG mistake"? After Paul (@PNWTacoma) did his magic, I couldn't be happier. Best money I've spent on it so far.

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
Did my second oil change at 10,000 miles. Used Redline 5W20 I had left over from my last truck. I'll let you know when it self destructs. LOL!

Added remote tailgate lock to ours last week. All fairly straight forward except for the two dang clips that hold the review camera and lock looms in the tailgate and bed. A real PIA for me... and one is in the trash. Zip tied everything in place and it seems fine, but I'm a little OCD about those things and it bugs me that it's not quite right. No idea where I'd find replacement clips like that so life goes on.

Pulling out the tiny key from the fob every time I wanted to get into the bed was just silly. Happy camper now.

You keep the documents on your person. That's why the OP fabbed the mod because he was forgetting to keep the docs with him. Peace and Love.
edit: When I go hiking or someplace I don't need my whole wallet I use this:
    001.jpg
A small cordura wallet that holds 3 or four documents and a key that I can slip into a pocket.

I have the stock clips from my install. You could always drill a hole for the lock cable. Let me know and I’ll ship it out to you.

I just put them on so haven’t experienced anything yet. I’ve put these on my Jeeps for years with no issues. I guess these are IFS and haven’t thought about it causing an alignment issues. From what I understand some people say they can put extra strain on your bearings and whatnot but haven’t heard anything about causing alignment issues.

It drove straight when I drove around afterwards to make sure things drove well. So far so good!

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-replace-big-ugly-stock-bracket-20-23.555133/

Here is the link to the guy that sells the flush mount bracket. It was a little difficult for me to install cuz I have sausage fingers, and I'm blindly looking to thread a nut to a bolt I can't see :). But it wasn't too bad. Read the thread on the link and some of those guys have installed them pretty quick.
