from doing my add on of the tail gate locking mechanism, it's fairly easy to disconnect the wiring harness from the truck. Take maybe 10mins or so? Hardest part is the clips securing the harness to the body and the tailgate.

I like the extra storage ones as well. Someone suggested Amazon and there are a ton to choose from. When the phone falls down there you’re not getting until you pull over and get it from the back seat huge PITA lol

Don't know if it'll help folks (@chuam and others) that are experiencing bed leaks, but Extang Tonneau Covers include two dense foam pads that are meant to seal each side of the bed's header rail ends. Easy to install, just remove the header rail and they attach with adhesive to both ends, reinstall. See the attached video (shows them being installed at the 1:45 mark).

Extang doesn't list them online, you have to call to order them:

    800-877-2588
    Part #32001190

IIRC they cost $15 or so.

    Hope that helps!

Took out the rotary tool and trimmed part of the fender flare by the body mount because my tires keep rubbing on it.

    Got sliders for the 3rd gen today, I ordered a custom set with top plates from @PhotoDan at ORA fabrication;

Dan was really easy to work with and did a few designs before we landed on this one.

I sprayed them with a satin oiled bronze paint that came out looking pretty good.

I wanted a small step, but more so protection and my research told me no reason to not get top plates.

10 degrees, 14/16 with dimpled top plates

    Brand new.

Could you have just jack the vehicle up and put it on jackstands? Is it safe to leave the Jack underneath the bottom of the pumpkin?

Pic was taken during a tire rotation. The install was done with jack stands. Totally fine to jack the vehicle up using the diff though.

That makes more sense. I haven't paid the bill I'm hoping it just goes away. It was FedEx and I'm still upset about my dad's volleyball that never got delivered.

I agree! I just installed black sumo springs a month ago. Great helper spring. No more sag with common loads. I purchased the kit with the 1.0 and .5 inch shims so I can modify when I install the Icon 3 leak AAL in one year.

    Cheers,
    Ben

I finally got around to installing the Pop n Lock for the tailgate. But I also took advantage of the nice weather yesterday to remind myself, "Don't let Sundays ruin your Mondays..." I had one last sticker to stick...

10-4 on the common loads. Most particularly at night. I don’t fear night time driving anymore.
