I think you have discovered a serious issue with the door not seating flush.

This is the same set up I’ve been using for a year now. Nothing rubs same mpg with the air damn and bed cover. Only thing you need to know is the rim is going to be tight on the hub. Was kinda of a pain to put the wheels back to the truck when I was replacing the brakes. Besides that they are great

It had the same vibe as "Why you shouldn't lift your Subaru" articles that got passed around the Subaru off roading community a few years back. We knew the car isn't meant for 3 inch lifts, knobby 28-29 inch tires and hitting up Moab, but it didn't stop people from trying and enjoying it.

And I like my raptor lights; hurt no one but my wallet.

I think it's a branding issue. If they were called "Amber Grill Lights" and not Raptor lights, I don't think this would be as big of a thing as it is. I personally think they look good on certain trucks and not as good on others...I think it depends on the build for me. When it comes down to it, who cares what others think as long as you love your truck! I hope people like my truck but, at the end of the day, I love it so I'm happy. Just for the record, I don't have lights on my grill.

People are too focused on "labels". (That's just my opinion)

I've never owned a "Ford" outright whether new or used and this is my first new truck.

I agree...go with what makes you happy in the appearance of your truck.

Beautiful! I had heard with all the extra water this year, it must've been a unique trip! Also, looks like someone may have been trying to sleep while you were changing the LED colors in your lights :)

Nice! I just got my kit and will be doing this to my truck in the next couple of days. Install looks pretty straight forward.

Engine is easy to install ... get some painter/flooring hard knee pads which are in many ways useful (anytime you need to kneel on concrete) to balance the skid for install. For transmission skid get wood scraps and anything else appropriate to stack under it and raise it to all-but installed height ... it is almost impossible to balance that heavy flat sheet by yourself enough to slip it under the engine skid mounts. Just saying ... for me it is 2x4 scraps on top of my circular saw carry-case.

Install a net fastened to the stiffeners and rail clamps.
