I'll tell you this, I got the KD max tune also, and yeah under 35 truck seems to run in much lower gears doesn't want to shift up so much. And now my MPG is noticeably lower. But the thing I do like is the shifting smoothness.

I was told the the MPG would improve along with the HP. HP has definitely improved but not the MPG. Not sure if it's a learning thing or not.

Lost one of those white clips a while back when I got my window tint done on passenger windows and it went down into the door so when I rolled down the window there was all this loose clanging around, yes it was irritating. Yesterday took the door panel off, put a fresh vacuum cleaner bag in my shop vac, removed a couple of mylar stickers over the holes under this panel and sucked out that little white clip. Retrieve that little white clip from the Fresh vacuum bag , then , Put it all back together! Test drove it this morning and there is no rattle!!!!

I find the sweet spot for speed at 92 kph or 57 mph.

Sadly, I cannot do 57 in a 35. It's highly frowned upon.....thanks for the tip though.

If you put 2 qts in the jug, how much of that do you get out? And is flushing the jug/hose in order to change lubricants a thing, or is remaining lube negligible? The only real problem I see is if the plastics are not petroleum compatible, the life of that rig is going to be short. I put petroleum-based grease on a boat trim tab ram (plastic) once, not knowing they didn't require external lubrication, and within a week the ram had cracked and separated from the tab mount. Couldn't figure out why my boat wouldn't trim 25 miles out in Lake Erie. Oops, had to use the outdrive trim and go slow to get back to marina.

Cali raised interior panels, put the IFAK on it to finally get it off the head rest.

Great question. As far as purging out the system. I changed my transmission oil first GL4, then diffs with GL5. When I was done with the transmission I purged the rest back into the redline bottle. Was able to get pretty much all of it out, the rest was residual. Speed is about a qt every 3-5 min (75w90). Added a few pumps here and there. Didn’t want to over pressurize it, but feel I could have gotten a bit more flow out of it. It was nice as I would let it fill and I started draining the next diff. Faster and less effort/mess than the hand pumps for sure.

As far as longevity I’ll have to see. I purged as much as I could - some residual oil in the hoses I bet. The model I picked up has viton seals and is meant for commercial disinfectants so I imagine it being sturdy enough for petroleum based oils. I thought about using some sort of parts cleaner / choke cleaner to spray in and run it through but wasn’t sure how the seals/plastic would take it. Worst case in 30k I’ll build another, ha. The sprayer was on sale at HF for 12 bucks, got a 1/4” ball valve $2, and a 1/4” hose repair kit for $4 bucks which included the male/female NPTs and hose clamps. Used some extra hose from one of my old hand pumps for the last bit to monitor flow.

I believe the bottleneck is in the plastic hose ID within the sprayer which slows it down. Fairly small.

Which IFAK kit do you have? And how did you mount it?

For my IFAK I had to zip tie it to my molle panel and have been looking for a better solution.
