What size/type of torque wrench did you need for this one? I don't own any TW's, but I'm running to Hobo Freight this weekend and plan to grab the one I need just for this project (which is prob as long as it'll last anyway).

There was a recent post of someone who installed these drl/turn signals.
It seems the led factory mart ones from EX.TER
require (4) 50W 6ohm load resister (not included or mentioned) to work properly. 20230818_124048.jpg

I had ones similar to those and they were nice. The only thing I didn't like about them is when I use a swiffer (yes, I hate any dirt in the truck) they would grab onto it and pull out some strands of it. I am now using these and am happy with them.

Not the OP, but my skid required 30 ft/lbs. Since it is bolts going into the frame I'd imagine the TRD skid is the same/similar. I went to buy the cheap $20 one at HF and then decided I wanted something real so got a Husky 20-80. I won't be using it a lot but at least it will last more than one project. Besides, it was a good excuse to buy a new tool, which can make any guy's Saturday a better day.

Got the OTT. Drives like it wants to participate on the roads now. Never looking back.

I’m at work now and I can’t remember but it’s nothing special I think a husky or a long those lines . Just make sure it’s the same drive as your sockets or you’ll need a adapter.

I use the front rail daily and also bought some rugged werks corner braces to marry the front rail to the side rails and stiffen up the front of the bed as well as add several more tie down points. I think it's horse crap they removed it as well...

Another TRDOR converted to Pro tails. Also installed my RCI Bed stiffeners. And last but not least DS18s. As advertised, a big improvement. They sound great at a lot lower volume.

Awesome - love this setup. I'm looking at a similar rim/wheel setup.
