Absolutely there is. I haven’t had to do any cutting on the truck “yet”. I want the hidden winch mount on the front so that will be the first cuts I make. I guess I’ve drilled some holes for the DMM on the dash but that’s it. Everything else is pretty reversible for me.

Just a simple update made recently...

Installing leather seats and ham radio mobile setup are on list of self-installs once the weather gets a bit cooler.

Did the 400w anytime mod, only to find out it is useless with an Eco flow power pack.... Toyotas inverters I guess are not pure sine wave... UGH

Where did you get the inserts? Looks good!

Either all black leather interior or clazzio covers is next on my list as well.

Got rear ended today but it wasn’t hard and the only damage appears to be the hitch

Hopefully the hitch didn’t get tweaked or tweak anything under the truck.

Side note…I like the plate. Washington doesn’t have any plane plates, the lovely evergreen state doesn’t even have green on its standard plates. All the custom plates are designs. I really appreciate the simple plates that most states seem to offer. I know it’s dumb but it’s a pet peeve of mine.

Your truck is sweet! LR looks so good with black wheels and accents. Still my one of my favorite colors. I can’t decide between tan or the LR. My wife’s 4Runner is LR so I’d probably have to lean that direction. Makes sense that I have a white Tacoma

Thanks man! I’m glad I debadged it and went with all OEM pro parts, which is what I did with my previous 2019 Tacoma. Next up is a color matched century ultra sport camper shell.

Check your state process for creating a new vanity plate. In California, you have to get a certain number of people willing to commit to buying a plate style before the DMV will create it. That's how we got the yellow on black, yellow on blue, the Yosemite, the Tahoe, etc.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of online sites that will make up fake metal ones with what appear to be real alphanumeric sequences. Daily I see white on black. There are also white on black with the script California in red and in blue, and the other day I saw a red on a sandy yellow background on a fully blacked out range rover.

Ha! I remember having yellow on black plates on a couple of cars I owned in California. They were called, wait for it... license plates!

The new ones are replica plates of that by-gone era you remember. One of the state reps was a vintage car buff and wanted new plates for his vehicle that matched the year of its manufacture, so he introduced legislation to allow for the yellow on black (60s), yellow on blue (70s), and black on yellow (50s). Only the yellow on blue and the yellow on black got enough people to agree to pre-buy; the black on yellow didn't.
