Just for reference - the two holes to the L of the first image with clear coat near them are your new mounting points and the second is the relocated hoist in place (unused holes to the R of the image now).

    I've go the following installed:
    1)front skid
    2)trans skid
    3)transfer skid
    4)gas tank skid
    5)Control arm skids

The trans skid partially covers the cats, however I also installed the CR cat shields which completely cover the cats. You can kind of see them in the photo, silver finish with all the holes.

Thanks. I tried the aluminum and it bent on the first trip. 3/4 ply, although is not the ideal material like 1/4 steel plate, works especially with a steel washer as a backing plate. Good idea on the pistol cable locks. I have a cap that is locked and a locking tailgate so should be safe.

Put a new set of cooper rugged treks! Man I like these. No problems with the Toyos but just didn’t have the aggressive look I like52D1B71D-F04B-4043-AE1A-060A6169FBCE.jpg

Only complaint they don’t have 265-75/16’s so had to go factory sizes. 4DBB0867-8669-440C-8294-115CBFE90AF3.jpg53862545-CB19-483C-ABA1-3958A9BDF511.jpg

Did that a couple weeks ago with my RTT. Still considering taking the awning off but I may actually use that in the rain.

I keep my Pelican case on year around. Has all my tools in it and seems to handle the winter pretty well.

I keep my Apache (harbor freight) case ip year round also filled with tools and tire chains and what not. It’s held up great, way better than expected. I wanted to see if I liked it up there before drilling through a pelican case and it hasn’t failed yet so I’m leaving it up for now. It’s started to discolor slightly but difficult to notice until you’re up there.

RCI (and many others) will likely have a sale in a few weeks. I got my sliders on their 'black Friday' deal last year. Their sale was much longer than a day and was apparently successful as it took a while to get them.

Thanks for that! I easily spent that much in materials. I still imagine it's a challenging application but with the right shapes it has to be easier.

Swapped out my SR5 grill for a sport grill. Just wanted to get rid of the chrome on my grill.

I refurbished a old beat up case. Sanded it down, hit it with PlastiDip, replaced the seal.
