Yeah and what’s worse is I received a ticket and noticed on my street there were 4 other vehicles that didn’t even have a front plate. I at least made the effort to be legal with it in the front window!

I did talk with my brother, who owns a transmission shop. He said after watching a few videos on the subject we should try it again. He figures (and so do I) that with two guys working it, one could hold the headliner safely out of the way while the other does the swap out. Plus, take the headliner loose from the drivers side as well so there is more area exposed.

How long did it take to receive yours? I know their site says 30-60 business days.
Did you go with the steel or aluminum version?

I'm really curious if that hoop interferes with TSS at all. Love the look and the additional protection factor!

 

My understanding is it depends on your sensor placement. For grilles with the lower placed sensors, i.e. the Pro Grille, there is a chance of interference.
I have the stock 2019 OR grille with has the sensor in the middle behind the emblem.
Victory states on their site "Compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense (2018+ models) not guaranteed."

Once I have mine installed I'll provide more feedback.

 

I've had the truck for a week now, so I had to celebrate. Yesterday, installed OEM roofracks, bed mat, EGR black textured rain visors, and cheap Amazon seat covers that surprisingly fit great.

 

Just installed the RCI Metalworks Roof Rack. Great design and feels extremely solid.

they look fantastic

 

I like their Shark Fin solution.

 

Just the smallest amount to free the underside of the bumper. It’s such an insignificant & out of sight cut that you can actually put your stock bumper back on no issues if you ever want to change it.

 

Definitely a well thought out design.
