Upgraded my trail recovery kit. I have had a kick-your-hippie-ass-booy 3-D-cell flashlight for 20 years but light was dismal. I purchased an LED replacement bulb for the dismal halogen ...

Ditch that poor old monster of a thing. :boink: This is little flashlight has 20x the power and is so small and compact.

I have considered a similar solution for lighter weight ...thanks for the suggestion ... but at least wanted to make my multi-purpose metal-utensil useful as a flashlight first ... only $17. This year will be a long search for what makes for "best camping supplies and techniques" now that I have a bed-tent.

I was just rubbing you a little. I was stuck in the past until my nephew showed me the light. Pun intended. That little flashlight is crazy bright for it's size, when I say 10 times as bright as your old mag I may be underestimating that.
I also have this thing I bought fir the property. It will light up acreage, and has a spot function that goes half a mile or more.

Way cool! The light must be putting out some infrared.

LOL - yeah! Those type of duty lights that can cause eye damage they are so bright!!! I have 2 of them! Not really functional for anything close up though! Flashlight technology has come a long way since we all carried Maglites!

Tent is awesome, this one goes over the bed so you don't have to remove anything. Plenty of height, even with the deck I built. Took about 10-15 minutes to put up for the first time.

I wish the mattress was a little wider, meant to go between the wheel wells though.

Installed the LASFIT Switchback fogs. Can go between white or yellow by simply turning them off and on.

Are they as good as a dedicated amber/yellows by other brands? I’d say they are pretty dang nice for the price.

These photos don’t do them justice. They are much crisper in person. The daylight, rain, and exposure of taking a photo into light is working against me lol.

@LasfitOffRoad did a sweet job, IMO

That said, the pattern and output may not be ideal if you’re doing a bit more serious off-road, etc.

for 2021 model year, is stock TRD offroad slightly taller than say TRD sport and or SR5 models? I parked next to two of them today and somehow feel like my TRD Offroad is slightly taller, all are stock.

Sanded the paint off my skid plate, raw aluminum. Can wait to see if it gets oxidized or changes color.

Out with the old and in with the new.

Finally got rid of the hockey puck oem front bump stops and replaced them with PerryParts v2.
Definitely can feel a difference when you hit a pot hole.
