    Olights rock I’ve got I think 4 or 5 and a minimum of one is always in my truck.
    I’m not sure what model you have but mine have a safety were if it’s within inches of an object it kicks down from flame throwing mode lol to a few levels down for that reason .

    Zero. And I tried to make them rub (under normal driving conditions / Turning around in a parking lot / backing up into the driveway, etc).

    Can you share some more details on how you wired up your auxbeam with the 3 way switch? Doing something similar has been on my to do list for a while.

    Yeah, but people/animals who FAAFO, and get hit with that thing don't drop to the ground.
    I've had several small potent little flash lights but you definitely can't defend yourself with one.
    It's only happened once but I was very glad I had the maglite instead of a tiny plastic one.
