Don't sweat the pollen look. Here in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast states it looks to be really bad this year. I keep my Taco in a garage and it still gets covered. I just dust off the windshield and go.

 

Yep, as soon as the weather got nice I knew my truck would go from black to "vaguely moldy yellow" thanks to all the tree jizz. I'll let mother nature wash it for me until it's done and then give it the good scrubdown it deserves.

Got the red dash and door panels changed to Katzkin padded black vinyl. Thought the red would grow on me more after purchasing, but decided to pull the trigger.

Next steps: Katzkin leather front and back seats. Seat heaters with OEM style switches. Relocate ECT button to left of steering wheel to make room for said switches.

I went with the front only. It's a 100% plug and play. Literally took less than 10 minutes to pop off the cover, plug it in and put the new cover on with the camera.

 

Installed a quick release mount for my fire extinguisher.

 

It’s always, “hey babe, this should only take an hour or two.” *still in the garage 6 hours later cussing out my tools and truck when it’s clearly operator error*
Saw an instagram reel that told a similar story the other day and it made me laugh.

 

Love this. Had a similar setup with some BuiltRight panels on my Ranger. Need to do this to the Taco.
