Was there really a nail in the sidewall or is that what you told her? Wish I would have thought of that.

what brand is the actual panel? I like that it's smaller in size. All the ones I have seen are large, and I really just want one like this for a similar setup. Thanks.

Getting the TRD (2"/1") lift tomorrow and im super psycheddddd!

(i know i could buy parts and get it done for less but im not a mechanic and i like the security feeling of having Toyota do it/be responsible for it)

What did the dealership quote you? Mine said $3500 so I went with the Bilstein 2"/1" for $1200 at a local shop. Super stoked to get mine done next week.

$2800 gets you what exactly? Does that include new shocks?

if you’re just doing it for a lift, you’re just throwing your money away. Way better choices for cheaper and quality shocks too. You’ll end up buying something different down the road, trust me.

i had been considering this as well. i work at a forklift dealership and have access to lots of people who build and mod cars that could do the install.

Seeing some of the responses you have gotten and just wanted to offer some positive feedback. You do you man. If you’ve done your research and are happy with the product you are purchasing for your vehicle, that’s all that matters. Sure there are always other options for a lift, but at the end of the day it’s your vehicle and your happiness. I personally installed this lift on my truck after purchasing it used on fb marketplace, and the ride quality is better than stock. It is a tighter ride and blocks in the rear are always a controversial subject, but it handles well and I love it. Plus it’s a OEM product. I know people will argue that it is no different than aftermarket options, and sure they may be right. But the fact is that this is a Toyota product. Would be interested in your feedback once you have it installed. Best of luck!
