Replaced OEM battery with an Interstate AGM 24F from Costco and added some power port options to my TruckVault.

 

Yea, I’ll try to contest it; I mean, they expect me to leave it completely open until they were able to check on it that’s bonkers especially since it rained this week haha.

 

OK, gonna do the RAV4 knobs then. Off to do some research...

EDIT: found part numbers for 7" and 8" 2023 RAV4. Ordered a couple for the 7" and I will see how it goes (Radio Knob - Toyota (90011-25311)!

I let the dealer change my oil one time, still under warranty so it was free. Got home and was leaking oil and my skid plate was missing a bolt. I told them to rotate my tires where the backs go to the front and the front cross to the rear, all they was swap the tires on the same side of the truck. I know this cause I marked the tires with a grease marker just to see if they would do what I asked. It’s a 60 mile round trip to the dealer so I didn’t go back but called and gave them a piece of my mind. Like you said, never again. Screw’em !!!

 

Do you have to order them from Toyota? Still need to do this

 

Okay, okay, you got me. It’s actually extremely difficult and can take several hours, you’ll likely break your dash, and you’ll need to top off the tuning oil on your radio.

Now adding some sound dampening to the tailgate for my keyless lock, which doesn't need a picture.

 

Sorry, haven't been on the site in a while. I found it on Etsy a couple years back. I like the finished product but honestly if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't. It was a GIANT pain in the arse to apply it.

 

How difficult was that process?

 

I had some difficulty getting the wires off for the defrost at first. I ended up pulling off the back cap of the mirror and using a small flathead to pop them off and then it was super easy. Feels like you are going break something when you pop the mirror itself off, there are 4 big clips that hold it.

Did you put on bed stiffeners? And did you have to install AAL for the weight?

I'm looking to get one, but just want to make sure I have done all the prep work for it first. Looks good by the way. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with the long bed.
