It installed BORA .75, wheel spacers for my 2023 TRD OffRoad. The OEM studs stick out slightly, they are notches on my stock rims to clear them. They did not have black finish, but had silver.:D

The studs don’t protrude past the spacer? It’s hard to tell by the picture but it looks close.

Actually, as posted, it was taken off by a car wash rag wheel. I don’t park in a garage.

It the first thing I checked. The OEM studs stick out slightly, but there are notches on my stock rims to clear them. Somebody mentioned about BORA .75 wheel spacers in another post.:D

Because I'm a gluten for punishment I finished this little project on one of the warmest nastiest days in Phoenix..

Finished adding a battery monitor for a power run to the bed (see https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...3rd-gen-today.399305/page-13841#post-29632947). Settled on a Victron Smart Shunt due to the IP65 rating. Looked heavily at RedArc battery monitor (BSEN500) and Renogy 500 amp shunt. Very happy with the selection of Victron, the bluetooth interface has functionality and parameters that exceed either of the other two. Not a whole heck of a lot to see, I ran the heavy two gauge wire under the air box, crimped and soldered all connections and extended the accessory line from the Victron unit to monitor the main starter battery too. For my purpose of monitoring consumption and reserve power for a CPAP and future fridge, this one is all done. It’s ice cap, not super white. Not sure I’ve seen any issues with ice cap yet, but time will tell.

You got a sweet ride there too! Grew up outside of Savannah. Moved to DFW couple years ago, but moving to PHX in the spring. Family still lives in GA though. Got some family in Sav, Waycross, and near Cordele. GA will always be home, and I love my GA teams, hence the GA flag. However, I want to adventure in the vast west.

This is the future of your windows in PHX ... 50% overall on windshield, 5% as the top strip. Bought mine used from Toyota and sides/back is darker (30% maybe) but I am not sure.

And forget "daylight savings time" ... no change because there is enough sunlight without the extension.

park in sun for 20 minutes. Open a door, pry it up with fingernail to get going, then pull straight down. Came off squeaky clean, perfect paint underneath.

Rust from the inside is evil. I'm not an expert, but I hit mine on an older 4Runner with POR 15. It helped a lot, except I didn't find it all so it started bubbling on the edges of my "repair". A local bodyshop did a better job but they still wouldn't guarantee anything related to rust. That lasted fine until my son put the 4Runner into a bridge abutment. I think if you keep on top of it you'll be fine. Best of luck.
