Wow that's a really expensive solution considering that I'm about to be payment free on it.
Doubt I'd like the new truck as much.

I think I will have to issue resolved shortly.

So much this. Parents were part of the Alpine air purifier pyramid scheme when I was growing up. They were effectively just ozone generators with fans. Worked great for deodorizing rooms but ozone absolutely destroys rubber with extended or prolonged use

    @Taco_mike73

Ozone machine from Amazon or wherever. When I worked for a dealer they'd hire a dude to come out and fog the car with one of those. Then we'd leave the windows down for several hours. You don't want to breathe that stuff. Ozium spray works well as it encapsulates odors. Charcoal bags too. Congrats on kicking the habit.

I painted the wheel weights on my steelies with the same paint as my wheels. Made them look less conspicuous. BTW those wheels look great!

You’re gonna love it man. Also a trick I just figured out… add some Velcro to the rear flap with some 3/4 inch magnetic tape on it. Sticks right down onto the tailgate I also put a piece of 3/4 pvc pipe in the front flap and tucked it down between the cab and the bed.

its awesome so far. One of the mounting brackets/snaps for the tailgate bar is defective (snap in the wrong spot) so I am waiting for softopper to send a new one before use the tailgate velcro/magnets to make sure it's all aligned properly.

you got a pic of the PVC pipe by any chance? Whats it for?

    Not today, but yesterday.
Kids were at grandmas, me and the wife were driving home from a weekend getaway. Kids called and said "there is a sick racoon at grandmas, dad come help it!"
Well, grandmas is on the way home from where we were, so we swung by their house. Yep, young racoon on the side of the road by their house. Just kinda twitching, so probably has distemper. I pick him up and put it in a box, kids are saying I should put it in the backseat so its not too hot in the bed (I have a topper).... I told them "no way, if that things comes around and starts running around in the truck I will be bit."
So, into the bed of the truck and I am off to the wildlife rehab. About 10 minutes into the drive I see the racoon in the back window standing on my winch walking back and forth in the rear window.
I get to the rehab place, tell them I got a racoon in the trunk and he is walking around. They get a few people, gear up in leathers and nets. I open the side of the soft topper so it cant run out when I open the tailgate. They pull out the racoon and bring it in.

Since I think it had distemper, they will probably put it down, but a quick death is better than twitching on the side of the road in the sun for the next 2 days.
But, I had to clean out the racoon diseases from the back of my truck. Luckily I got a couple gallons of expired sanitizing liquid from fleetfarm over covid (they were just giving away unsold stuff, so I filled my cart with gallon jugs)
Loaded up the sprayer with sanitizer and water and gave it the old wuhan spray down.

Bed of my truck is now cleaner than most Papa Johns pizza counters.

Bonus video of the weekend getaway

So instead of attaching the front to the inside of the truck I just slipped the pvc pipe into the flap that goes down between the cab and the bed. Once it’s in it doesn’t fit tightly but it takes a little effort to get it into place. It slides in much like the rear bar does at the tailgate.
