I have used Woolwax the last couple of years and that stuff goes on pretty thick. I ended up skipping a year with no touch up and it's still a nice thick coat. Given, I don't really drive too much in the rain or snow though.

Yes, but he asked if it swiveled. If not, twisting that hose would be a PITA.

Why are you twisting the hose? You unthread it before you remove the cap.

Yep, lots of good products out there. Made it hard to decide. Mine is a daily driver. We get lots of rain at times then the intermittent snow, ice and salt. Hopefully this stuff is a little more permanent so I can skip a year or three.

This can be a typical day commuting in the winter for me.

Ok, it swivels but it’s easier to just unthread it.

So. Finger tight? (No offense, or intention to beat it to death, Just thinking through the mechanics of additional steps myself)

I’d tighten it with a wrench a 1/4 to 1/2 turn past finger tight. I still have my J&L oil separator installed that I need to swap out.

@Discount Tire got the 285/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler Territory MTs installed today and I think they look great! Previously was running BFG KO2s, which served me incredibly well.

After tons of research and never truly coming to a singular "best" option, I opted to try a set of these Goodyears for a few primary reasons:
    1. These tires are ran on many OEM trucks, including the Ram TRX, Ford Bronco, Chevy Colorados / Silverados, so this gives me confidence in their engineering
    2. They are light as a feather. The 285/70R17s (C1 load rating) are 48 lbs. By comparison, my previous BFG KO2s (C1 load rating) were 52 lbs and I thought they were the lightest on the market. The new Falken AT4Ws in 285/70R17 (load rating C1) are 65.4 lbs!
      • Given how light these are, I was interested in how much they weighed in at for a 315/70R17. For a C2 load rating, they weigh in at 55lbs!! Absolutely incredible given a vast majority of 35s are weighing in at ~65 lbs, with 62lbs (KO2s) being the previously lightest I had found.
Let me know what you guys think of them. Based on my research, not too many TW guys are running these, so I'll be updating my build with longer term reviews as I get more miles on them.

Shoutout to @EvlFlash on the good deal on the grill. Got it in today and swapped out my vulture busted grill. Now I need to figure out how to tweak my hood to get it level, it was like that when I bought the truck not from the vulture. Hood adjusters have no effect on the misalignment.

Update: Just had bilstein 5100s installed with Wildpeak AT4, 265/75/16. Wow what a difference. Feel like I have a brand new ride. New AT4s come in 4 ply and 10 ply. Went with the 4 ply. The tires are super quiet at all speeds. Love them so far.

Also installed a couple drawer latches for extra support on those bumpy roads!

Likely gonna be my next tire. Been waiting for someone to get a set of these, thank you. IIRC there's a set from Tirerack that weigh in at 45lbs as well.
