I was wondering what that clicking was. I can hear that whenever I reverse direction and apply the brakes. Just the first application.

Would have used this but couldn't find it in 1H5 Cement. Had to go base coat/clear coat.

It really would not have worked with my lab anyway. A 95lb'er. He'd hog the whole space.

I just picked up my truck from getting this install done. Dropped some weight (50-60 pounds) and added a lot more capacity switching over from dual Odyssey AGM batteries to dual lithium batteries, one Antigravity 40Ah starter battery with Restart function (built in jump starter with remote control so you don’t need to pop the hood) and one Dakota Lithium 135Ah house battery. Redarc BCDC1240D with Renogy 200W solar panel installed on the roof of my Super Pacific charges my house battery. I supplied the Leitner Designs Wirelock wire guide (https://www.leitnerdesigns.com/collections/accessories/products/wirelok-wire-guide-system) and the ShittCo Solar Thingymabob https://www.instagram.com/p/C9QMu2vyrNv/?igsh=MWF5bXRpd2MxbGlrcg==
They supplied the KC wire hider (https://www.kchilites.com/universal-wire-hider-kc-6300.html) to get the solar wiring down the windshield and under the hood. They also ran power to a Bluesea fuse block on the molle panel in the camper.

It's been forever since I've been on here because it's been quite some time since I had to do actual work to my Tacoma

I think I finally found the source of my Icon RXT leaf pack squeak.
A few of my leaf springs were crooked enough to rub against the alignment clamps causing them to squeak(1st photo is with them fixed)

It seems like the U bolts weren't fully clamping down the pack because the U bolts were so thick they just touched the edge of my Sumo Springs (2nd photo) and every time after off roading both my springs were out of alignment.
First time I noticed it they were pretty far out of alignment and soaked in mud so I pressed them back into place, hosed the leaf pack down, and sprayed the leaf pack with T9 which shut it up for a few months. I thought it was the mud/dirt causing the squeak between the springs. Then 6 months later I go off roading again and the squeak returns. This time I undid the alignment clamps and the squeak goes away, they were barely out of alignment but it was enough to just touch the clamps.

I decided to do a U bolt flip, which I should have done in the first place, and temporarily mounted the Sumo Springs on some ghetto brackets I made(3rd photo). My new Perry bump stops get here next week but I think my bump stop hack should do the job while I wait.
I really need to buy a hydraulic press so I can bend thicker metal, my bench vise brake can barely do 1/8" steel.

Air chuck is on the inside of the mount rack. Just on the other side of the plenum. Pic below. The mount came with a nice location by the side of the fender but it got in the way of my hood struts, so I changed things and put it on the other side of the compressor. Works for now, might shift it later.

Installed OEM bed lights. I have a 23 TRD OR Acccess Cab. I can confirm mine already had the relay installed. So, I just had to install the lights and dash switch.

Unless I am missing something, all you needed to do was just install the lights, everything is already prewired into the cargo light switch...

Just did mine using this LED light and pigtail kit..

EDIT: missed the part about access cabs don't have a cargo light switch...

Question about the Tacoma bed mat that most seem to be using, I have an open bed and wondering at what speed will/if one will fly out of the bed??

I have the OEM mat in an open 6' bed behind my access cab. At this time of year, what I notice is that leaves accumulate at the front of the box and won't blow out at any speed I can drive. The bed mat ain't going anywhere.

Gave it an oil change in preparation for the 10 hour trip towing the quad to WV in a couple of weeks. Was hoping to wash it too but it's supposed to rain tomorrow and my wife has plans for me to go to the Oktoberfest in town with her this afternoon.
