Good point, losing traction on an off ramp on just one tire could cause problems.

Your tires are not the only thing about you running thin on "tread" ...

I'll commit to nothing but taking and posting side-tire pics, maybe I'll open an OF account. Hmmm

I installed AVS in channel window deflectors, just wondering has anyone had the upper outside glass scratch from these?

Perhaps, if the "someone else" is an ex or her lawyer.
    Otherwise, time for new tires.

Had AVS and weathertech on many vehicles. No scratches with AVS. Prefer AVS.

Yeah man looks like a good time to get some new rubber. Remember they are the only thing connecting you to the road.

Indeed. Was set on 33 skinnies, 255/85r16. Wildpeak AT4W's. Still double checking reviews around here to be sure I'm happy with that

but before I get tires and post-lift alignment, I took it for spin around the block with full lift installed (leaf springs, rear shocks, front springs and shocks) and I have a minor vibration accelerating around 20mph and some steering wheel shake decelerating around 20mph. So I'll be playing that game of chasing vibes (check driveline angles, consider shimming down the carrier bearing with washers, maybe rear axle shims, hopefully not the ECGS bushing as that seems like a messy job).

For those who had some vibes and steering wheel shake after lifting, am I okay to carefully drive around town now or should I keep her off the road until I sort out the vibes? (Will re-check torque on everything I touched)
