Oil and filter change along with a new oil filter housing. The original one finally broke after almost 8 years.

Ordered a Wolfbox G900 pro, a fresh set of rough country seat covers and some miscellaneous items from Toyota's 25% off sale (drums, shoes, spark plugs, filters, gaskets, ect.)

Oh, I also pulled the seats and vacuumed/deep cleaned the whole interior. :washing:

Yesterday finished the driver side rock sliders. Still have to touch up paint, but the majority of the work is done.

Also ordered a set of DD fogs from Hotshot Off-road, looking forward to wiring them up when they come in.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm expecting some battery troubles probably at the worst possible time. I'm approaching 80k and 5 years

Compared to my G2’s i think they feel knobbier. They are 1 dB quieter. And they feel slightly softer in the cornering and over bumps. Thats initial impressions from <100 miles

Installed some behind seat storage doors from Redrock4x4. I have my rear seats folded down 90% of the time and was sick of not being able to leave things in the storage cubbies. Also think I am going to mount one of my ham radios in one of them.

I would have been happy with plastic ones but I guess the security of locking metal is better. If you want them to be secure though I recommend getting rivets and a rivet gun for the top 2 holes as the screws could be easily unscrewed from the outside and after my first offroading trip were already pulling loose. I luckily had some nice black anodized rivets on hand. Still using the screws on the right side until I finish setting up my ham radio.though.

If you are okay skipping the bottom 2 screws you can greatly simplify installation by installing in place instead of popping out the panels. Honestly the bottom screws seem unnecessary to me. If you drilled 2 new holes in the metal you could even drive them from inside the cubby.

The metal isn't an exact fit so there are slight gaps on the sides and one of the screw holes could use a longer screw and a washer. I am super happy with the finished result though as now I can actually store things there.

Located a topper finally. Now I need a garage hoist system for when I'm not using it.

$1,500 was more than I wanted to pay but with limited options and low availability of used toppers I didn't have much of a choice.
