all jokes aside, thank you man, it was a vision I just had to make a reality. I couldn't be happier on how it all polished out.

 

Very nice! I might suggest adding some kind of brace/support from the end of the tube back to your frame plate. It will make that bumper so much stronger.

For sure, it's in my original design and on my list of things to add. I ran out of tube, welding gas and I wanted the bumper to be fully bolted up to get that piece on there. I was also having trouble making sure I was going to have plenty of clearance to the leaves/shackles without everything on the truck so I just kicked it down the road. I'll get to it though!

 

Supercharger, is that an add on to the lights?

yes. they cant sell them with these led drivers because with them installed the high beams put out so much light the headlights become illegal to use on the street. not sure why highbeams have an output limit since if you have them on with oncoming traffic youl be blinding them regardless. but it wouldn't be the first dumb law dot came out with.

Finally installed the XB Evos

 

I just put about 450 miles on my new Dirt King 2.0 kit, and I must say I'm impressed. This kit is so plush compared to my Fox 2.0 kit I previously had. It's set to 2" in the front, and I went with a 1" block for the rear (for now). I plan to upgrade the leaf pack when I put my camper top on.

 

they are powder coated gray from the factory

More snow here. Was out early this AM. Salt and brine ... If you stare at the picture long enough my truck will rust before your very eyes .. a hot water pressure wash is in my near future.
