Another light bar install here for me. Didn't do it today, but Sat.

Ignore the finger prints here. I had just finished up and hadn't cleaned up yet.

Nothing too special I know, but I like it.

Thank you for the information, I am now curious. (didn't get your PM?)

Starting on page 17 of the install guide from Toyota in mentions connecting to Techstream? See attached

Painted underside of hood . I used liquid nails a little over a week ago to stop my hood flexing and it is fully cured now. Worked great . Also did the AirCond. drain tube mod.
    Thanks out to
Uptown2k for the write up and idea !

To prevent the passenger and rear mat from moving. I sew velcro to the back of the mats so that it will stick to the OEM carpet. Works perfectly. Simple and easy fix ;-)

I thought that I sent you a PM, sorry if you haven't received it.
My pleasure, I did not need the TechStream, even though I had it on my laptop. Once you are done wiring (plug&play), roll down a window, lock all the doors with your remote or the door handle, put your remote (key) at least 15 feet away, wait ~30 seconds, then unlock one of the doors from inside (from a roll downed window). Enjoy the alarm sound! You are done.

Has anyone taking off the fuel door. I have to send my A.R.E canopy back with the fuel door to get the correct color match for mgm. Also I understand there are rivets somewhere in the process of taking it off. I haven't taken a close look at it yet,Just seeing if anyone has done it ?

You know what's funny, it must be a wife/gf thing. I asked my wife to help record where my tires were rubbing so that I could see and she just didn't quite get what she was supposed to record. Eventually got it, but it was a cold shoulder kind of night afterwards.

So do the steps bolt to the rocker panel or the frame?

I like how they mount closer to the door. My old factory running boards were pretty low.

    and, go Pokes!

I thought about using my headgear GoPro mount and putting an orange dot where I wanted her to look. But that probably would've turned into a week long cold shoulder.

Agreed. I simply unplugged the harness leading to the lights, they were way too bright. The gear indicator shows in the center display anyway.

Well after a long weekend in my garage, a case of beer, and some mild frustration, I got my suspension goodies installed. Wheels and tires went on yesterday. Pumped how it all came out, and I'm gonna go test it out in Barstow this upcoming weekend :bikewhoops:

Pretty happy how it came out. Had to lose the front flaps with 2" of threads showing to prevent rubbing but no CMC was needed. Hopefully it remains that way as the suspension continues to settle.
