Look what just got dropped off.
I can finally to these after a lonnnng 8 weeks of abstinence (aka "lead time")

But, it was worth it.. these things are BEEFY!!

Just waiting for shop time to get in for my CMR. Gonna have them do a fender trim too. I could probly do it but I've seen their work and I'd rather the pros did the cutting. Ha. Got c4 liners going in and will probly order the scorched offroad headlight shields. Only other thing for front end will be (maybe)spindle gussets, and bumper. Planning on relentless fab hybrid, just waiting for black Friday on that..

Im really just hoping with these btf lowers, paired with my adjustable elevate uca's, that clearancing will be much easier to fit 35's (with -38 offset wheels) when the time comes.

Finally pieced together my "behind the dog kennel ultra slim sub setup". 10in kicker 400w sub, 1000w ct sounds amp, and the taco tunes add a sub harness. Sounds great, had to do a lot of custom work but it's done and working!



Visited with an internet friend IRL last weekend as well, gotta love taco buddies

 

New shoes.. Went from bronze to machined with 265/70r17 KO3s

 

My truck just turned 65k and as a result I performed the following maintenance:

• Changed the front and rear differential oil with Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-85
• Changed the 6MT transmission oil with Amsoil
  $28 75W-90 Synthetic Gear Lube - 1 Quart (Pack of 2)
  75W-90
• Rotated the tires

Got my Backwoods rear bumper installed.

Cutting the bed was definitely a little nerve racking. I triple checked every measurement before cutting.

I had to notch the driver side bumper support because it shares space with my Bilstein 8100.

Reinstalled my RokBlokz mud flaps.

I think I will make some blank plates for the light cut outs because I will have chase lights mounted on the roof.

 

I have to ask…. Whenever I go to rotate the tires on my truck (every 5k), they’re stuck like heck on. So bad that I have to literally take a dead blow mini sledgehammer and beat them off. There’s got to be a fix for this. What do you all do?

A thin coat of never seize on the face of the tire.

 

This is the answer. If you don’t have any, clean the face and lightly hit them with some lithium grease.
