Did the same thing last year but it also dented my quarter panel. Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet, but you don't have to replace the whole bumper as the broken bits can be ordered separately (unless you want a whole new bumper). I got a bumper from a member in Reno and ended up just taking the the parts I needed and then painted the covers to match my color. Hardest part was (hopefully) what you don't have to worry about which was the quarter panel. I'm sure you've already checked but there are a few sites out there that make it very easy to order the parts from and unless you want a full replacement, it's that pricey.

I've run them on everything in the past but couldn't find any that were less than 1mm thick to fit with this setup. A buddy made me some for my Supra so I had him whip me up some for the Taco. Not upset about it.

Thank you, appreciate the tips. I don't know of any shops around here that would be experts in this other than the dealership. Looks like I better be ready to fork out some $$ either way.

unreal, thanks! I have a black one and the person before me clearly used the automatic washer, most likely spinning rag washer by the amount of swirls on it. Just trying to beat down some of that.

Hello all, need some insight from the community

Bought a used, new to me '23 pro, wanted to change the interior lights and go LED, I work part-time at autozone and bought the Sylvania ZEVO Ultra Bright LEDs for the map lights and the rear seat dome light, they work great! Now my other 2 vehicles which is a '02 frontier and '97 T100 I did the interior and exterior with the same brand of LEDs and I had to use load resistors for the turn signals and they work great still, now to my pro taco I wanted to go the tail lights, reverse LEDs work great, bought the same brand of LEDs, so the drivers side has a yellow (bigger gauge wire) a green thin and a white with black stripe, the passenger side is blue (bigger gauge) the same thin green and white with black stripe, so I connect the load resistor to the driver's yellow and thin green, work good, did the same to the passenger blue and thin green, now both lights up front and rear flash like i turned on my hazard lights on when I hit the turn signal

Any one do LEDs with load resistors ?

If you got the scratch and want good looking LED Taillights, VLEDs is the way to go imo. This photo kind of shows what they do, but if you look on the left, the Reverse light and Turn signal are now in the same spot with a half white/ half amber light. This is opposed to what’s going on the right which is stock where the top half the of the C shaped light is blinking. IMO this looks a lot better and is far brighter (runs for about 200 bucks 175 when I got them around the 4th). They have resistors that hook into the light to avoid hyper flash when in reverse and turning and they have 3M to stick it inside. Very easy install and it’s a mod I always notice on other trucks I see. They’re replacement LED bulbs and wire harnesses btw.
