What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Picked it up in February and hit 9,000 today.

 

He's smiling knowing that will be his one day.

 

Gave my truck a wash and played with some plasti. Love the all black look better than the chrome emblem and trim. Not a pro and dipping so I did have two mess ups that I'll have to redo later but overall came out good.

 

Yeah probably! He just got his license in June, and grandpa got him a nice little Ford ranger. Wish it was 4x4 for winter, but other than that it's a nice little ride for a first vehicle. And by the way someone asked if I was near LaCrosse I believe. I am a bit south of Milwaukee, out in the Racine County area.

 

Do you guys drive anywhere? Picked mine up July 30th and I have 9,400 miles.

I have a company vehicle so I really only drive mine on weekends and when I go away on a vacation.

 

Two times to northern Wisconsin, one trip to Tennessee. Mainly a weekend vehicle, I drive my 2011 all week for work, so that gets most of the miles. Go to Florida a lot but usually in my wife's ride! And it really has either been in the shop or awaiting parts quite a bit!

 

I am running a good 6"lift with only 285 70 17's, and with full crank, I barely clear the cab mount. Plenty of room to the front. Any chance those wheels can be pushed forward in the wheel well some how?

 

Adjustable upper control arms would do it

 

Added a fork mount (for bike). LoBall Track from rockymounts.

 

Mine just turned over 3100 miles and I have had mine 11 months the 9th of this month. Would not have that many but I moved twice this year.

That's insane... I kinda wish I put your type of mileage on mine.

I drive a lot around San Diego for work so mileage racks up

 

No I'm not a important person just a disabled Veteran. My truck sits 5 days a week. I just sit in my little apartment and wish I had the money to just run up and down the road.
