Got rid of my custom Mad Max Fury Road besides for these. Even though it was the greatest cinematic masterpiece ever created it was time for change. I'm always thinking ahead so 20 years from now when I retire Ive been throwing around the idea of becoming a part time Cryptozoologist.

It does. It pops out and pops right back in without taking out any screws

Thanks guys! Got it out! Standard Phillips for the screws. Used a flat head and my fingers to pop it out.

I have the 2.7 in my 2016, it uses the full synthetic 0W20 oil and the recommended oil change interval is 10K miles

back at the dealership for the second Saturday to get the Tsb-0077-16 Rev1 done. since they failed to schedule "enough time" to do it during my 15K service. even though I clearly asked for it to be done when I made my appointment!! hopefully they figure it out during round 2. least they have wifi so I be on here wasting time.

I just had mine done there at the bend dealership the other day along with my 5000 mile service. I was there 2.5 hours, wasn't real happy about that.

With the first update my R to D problem was fixed and thats really the only problem that I've had. but here lately I've been noticing it's liking to "hang onto" gears longer before shifting. Example- on my drive home from work i go up a hill and once you crest over the hill its FLAT! It couldn't be more flat. maybe a slight down hill to be technically correct.. anyhow, going up the hill Lil Red will down shift but once you're crested over the hill she will just hold the gear @ 3500-3800 RPM's. Which isn't right to me. So I'm being hopeful that this REV1 will fix or at least help. but in the end ill know my truck is all "up to date". Wishful thinking..
I'll report bace on my findings!

Thats where I am now. Hopefully it wont take them 2.5 hrs to do it! The service at the Bend dealer isn't the best. they've always seemed to take their time, I feel. To bad it's the only choice over on this side of the Mtn. With 5,000 miles under your belt, did you notice anything "different"? I haven't had any real problems with Lil Red, i absolutely love her. Just little annoyances. Nothings perfect, even in a perfect world.

My biggest problem was the same one you were talking about. Using cruise control and it holding gear way after even a small hill has passed. Got pretty annoying on longer trips. Haven't really been able to test out the cruise control on the Hwy with the weather lately.

The weather around here has really put a stop on using the cruise control ha. As much as I love driving in the snow and pitching Lil Red sideways on unoccupied roads. I definitely over all the Jackasses that CAN'T drive in the Wintery conditions!

Blacked out the grille. Just waiting on the parts to black out the bumper trim.

I can't decide if I should put some black OR fender flares on. I like the contrast on the black ORs.IMG_1973.jpg

Good thing this thread is great for killing time. Took it in for an alignment at Les Schwab right when they opened (I'm out of town so not a lot of choices). Told me it would be 45 minutes. Here I am, 2.5 hours later...
