What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Does that clear your exhaust. I had to mod my Gibson catback because it was 1/2" from my KO2 spare. No heat shield like the stock exhaust had on it. Post #62459.

I've got my exhaust cut at the turndown, just over the axle. So no clearance issues

 

Just needs a TRD decal

 

Installed a Blue Sea dual USB outlet

 

I'll say this, the write up for the foglight mod is very good and steering wheel removal was fairly easy, even for a newbie like myself. Also, I'm dying to put that intermittent wiper mod on because it drives me crazy every time I can't use it.

 

No Mods? Did you have to "wiggle" it in there? Or, was it pretty easy?

 

Have had a hard time keeping up with the thread. Very spotty Internet service on this trip. Started heading back this morning. Here are a few pics. Tetons and going through the Big Horns!

Your welcome! Wyoming is a beautiful state for sure. Such diversity in the different mountain ranges and the rivers and mountain lakes are awesome. The kids jumped off a 30 to 40 ft. Cliff into freezing cold water. I was impressed that they actually jumped, I chose not to. Lol

The truck did well. I noticed backing up at full lock on a decent incline, seems the upper part of sway bar link still rubbing inside of tire. Thinking about just taking the sway bar off and being done with that whole issue!

 

Do you have the sway bar spacer relocation. They are two small rectangle blocks that have holes for the original bolts to attach the spacer then have two other holes to re-attach the sway bar.

 

I do have the relocation brackets, but the guy who put the lift on said it made it worse I think he said because of the brackets for the king reservoirs. Starting to wonder if he was right.

 

If you have king shocks. Remove the stupid sway bar!

Don't think, just do it. By keeping it on you are limiting your travel in the front. Down travel mostly.

 

Remove, be happy and move on.

 

Those sway bar links have been a thorn in my side since day one of the lift! Even with spacers I can't seem to get away from hitting those stupid things.
