Finally got a quote on a spare to match my current 275/70R18 KO2's (on a black steely).
Before I pull the trigger and attempt to mount it underneath, does anyone have any idea of whether or not this will fit? Any muffler issues at this size?

Depends on whether you have stock or aftermarket exhaust. Had to mod my aftermarket exhaust for clearance. No heat shield on aftermarket like stock has. What I did was buy a used 17 x 7.5 rim to match my other wheel offsets and size. That way a flat on the interstate will be a non-issue on my spare. I can ride the spare 500 miles and not worry about steering or rubbing issues. That size tire on a stock steelie will sit different than a wide wheel with an offset. Before you load the spare underneath I suggest a test fit on the front to avoid any issues when you need that spare.

What hurricane Harvey did to my truck, Houston area.
    I have a 2016 TRD OffRoad 4x4, DBL cab.
So a few questions to members who might know....prefer people who really know....not guesses.
My truck while parked in driveway got about a 1" of water in it for about 2 hrs.
Thirteen years in my house, 2 hurricanes, 3 tropical storms and I have never had water over the curb.
The water to came up to within 1' of my front door.
From the curb to my front door elevation wise is 4' ! A distance of 25'.

I dried the floor out with towels....let the engine run for 3 hrs with heater on floor in my sisters bigger garage.
Carpet is dry but when I press down I can tell whatever backing it has, maybe foam, is still damp or wet.
And my interior map lights stay on while driving.

Are there any sensors of wiring under the front seats or carpet?
And should I get the carpet replaced like asap?

The water no doubt got up under the truck....not really moving water.
So I have read on here about the differential breather mod, which I don't have.
I assume I should get the grease or fluid of that changed out?
    Oil change?
Wheel bearings or are they sealed?
Anything else I should do of check??
Is there another place I should or could post these questions?
    Thanks for any input!

I already got my Honda Cross Tour to the Honda dealership....only 2 people made it in there.....happened go be 2 service tech guys.
The Honda got water up and over the top of the front and back seats...leather.
After the water receded...It started....I also did the same thing drying wise except for 7 hrs.
    Definitely tearing the carpet out.
Seats came out pretty dry though the foam inside....not sure....though it seems pretty dry when I reach up under the seat to touch, squeeze.

    Regardless....focused on my Taco!

Those look good. I like the pocket style flares with those wheels.

Thanks! The wheels are 17X9.5 -18 so they have a little poke. Looked a little funny with the stock flares. The buchwackers are ~1" wider so they have much better tire coverage.

New Member Stock Mobbin the TRD Offroad 4x4 for now until I can finally decide on overland upgrades. So far I've tinted the windows, plastied the cheese grater, threw LaminX on the fogs, and have been putting that stock suspension to work.

Here is a pick of what's under your carpet. Padding is different thicknesses throughout the truck. There is wiring but I don't remember any connections being under the carpet. Hope it helps some?20170725_194011.jpg

For all the seat sensors. Airbags, and heated seats if you have them?. Good luck.
