What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

The weather was just warm enough (40 deg) where I live to wash the truck and add the TRD stickers. Since I bought the truck back in November I made a few changes. Window tint, 2" bilstein lift front, 1" lift rear, LED fog lights, sliders from Avid Offroad and now the bedside stickers. The rims on my truck were take-offs from my 2013 that I traded in but they are Stealth 6 from SCS.

i literally just picked it up from getting the windows tinted... 15 in the front and the stock 20 plus 35 making it 15 in the back.

 

I'm totally with you on this one! I really like the depth that this grill offers since most aftermarket a are a little to flat for my taste.

 

Just pulled the trigger on an Undercover Flex tonneau from autoanything. Got a pretty good deal compared to whats on the site.

Installed MagnaFlow Exhaust system #19293!!! Super easy and the best way to get old exhaust off of the hangers was tire shine. Getting a little leak from the clamps so probably going to get them welded. Sounds great nice and deep rumble!!

 

I like that grill - it's a modern throwback.

Needs more chrome. MOAR KROME!!

 

Also ordered some TRD Pro Series wheels but does anyone know what is the biggest tire i can put on without rubbing or lifting… looking at cooper ATP 255/75/17, 265/70/17 or 285/70/17

i take it you really want/need to have the double cab bc the TRD OR AC MT would be an awesome truck to own! there would be lots of jealous americans! haha

 

got my tires in today! waiting on wheels now.

 

Fine tuned my grill for a better fit covered the letters in grey vinyl and debating removing the stupid front plate that ruins the look of my truck. Such a stupid law.

 

Its a nice Wisconsin plate though. When I ordered my truck I told my salesman to NOT have the plate mount installed. Didn't want the holes. I never had one on my 4runner and had no problems in Wisconsin.

 

So this happened today...long wait but worth it I think. Had the truck since the first part of December and it's pretty much been sitting in the garage since day one. Only 500mi on it. Couldn't handle it till I could put a little something in to it.

Took me all of 10 minutes to go find the first bit of dirt road.

 

Got front windows tinted and installed Ddm tuning 8000k hid bulbs and 30" led light bar also got the customcargrills front grill in flat black
