Does this mean it's time for an oil change?

 

Mine did that, but then it turned off once I got in later that same day.

 

Service light. Took mine in with about the same miles last week. They just reset it after offering to rotate my tires (only about 1000 miles on them). No oil change til 10k per the dealer.

Seems odd to not have a message tell more detail about the purpose of the message, doesn't it? Even my 2008 Tacoma had a dedicated Maintenance light on the cluster... I just saw that light this morning - and I have ~4,534 miles.

I have a V6 SR and dealer changed my oil at 5k. The SR has the different cluster though and had the old MAINT REQD light.

 

If you are a teacher or work for a school district, School's First Credit Union will give 1.49 % if you qualify. It's actually 1.74 but they take a quarter off if you enroll in auto pay.

They approved us for 60 days and gave us 1.49

 

60 days. You must be rich.

 

My XP package was the same price, but all of the other ones that I've seen, along with my own, have Ultra Maverick wheels, BFG Rugged terrains, nerf bars that look like nfab bars ( I think so anyway) and the badging. The price of the parts is much cheaper than the $2800 charged plus they don't take out the price of you losing your stock stuff. It's quite the ripoff. I realized after the fact. You live and you learn though. I still love my truck

I have been trying to get this deal since I have heard of it. Problem is in San Diego, they always don't have it in stock but can get it somewhere else for $50 something more. I wanted a $745 out the door price. How are you liking it so far? Any noticeable drop in MPG?
