    Maybe its me but I have not touched my hood support rod since I installed the hood struts 18 months ago. That is sort of the reason I installed the struts.

    Ordered the newly re-released Level 8 Mk 6 wheels in gunmetal gray 16x8 -10 thru @Discount Tire Direct.

    Also installed my rear seat covers from carhart to protect them from my two and four-legged monsters.

    I just wedged mine between the right side of the seat base and the tranny hump. Works good enough fir me. Mine is the 3 D cell light

    Looks great to me.

    Some of the folks in here sounds like glamour gal fashionistas with their opinions about what others should do with their trucks.





    Normal use and I’ll never need it, however I’ll be installing ditch lights next week and it’ll be nice having both the struts and the prop stick holding the hood in place.

    I have a small light in the console for interior and the mag light for if i need light when hopping out
