That's actually pretty good with the weight n tires you have. I have nowhere near that much. I get 18-19 consistently but no matter which way I pull out a my driveway there's no stop light or sign for at least 50mi either way.

I used needle nose pliers so slowly pull out the lighter. Used some sand paper to widen the hole slightly since the Blue Sea is very slightly larger. Then cut the wire plug and used 1/4” female connectors for 22 garage wire and plugged it in.

 

I added a 4x4 badge and removed/repainted/reinstalled the v6 emblem!

 

I had a problem lifting up the tray in my center console without almost dropping it each time. So I etched some grooves in the middle of it with my dremel for my fingers to grab a hold of. Super small, but like the radio knobs from tacoweide, it made a world of difference. At least for me .

Oh and yes...I'm waiting for Meso's change cups to become available again so I have a better place for my quarters.

 

This week I finished the sound insulation. Two weeks ago I did the entire back wall with RAAMmat and ensolite. Not difficult but time consuming, and not a very comfortable working position, especially for a 66 yr old. This week I did the 4 doors, much easier. Covered about 40% of the door skin with mat, and almost 100% of the inside panel with mat and ensolite. Much easier to do.
The difference is significant! The inside is much quieter, and the audio has improved. Tighter, more balanced and I'm hearing detail (particularly in percussion) I did not hear before. Dynamics range has greatly improved. Very pleased with the results. Nothing vibrates. Worth the effort!
I have the premium JBL system. The door speakers are a joke! Paper cones and tiny magnets. I have to admit that you can really crank up the volume without distortion, but I can only imagine if the speakers were better!
Has anyone replaced the door speakers and the tweeters in a premium JBL system?

 

So weird. I did this a couple of weeks ago just differently. I added a couple of sides of Velcro for a finger grab. Seems like I have Velcro everywhere in my toolbox.

 

Yes it is very much worth doing the sound deadening. Floor and roof was most time consuming for me. Don't have JBL but did change out all speakers with OEM Audio kit with small amp and sub. HUGE improvements...
