Hey man what kind of lift or leveling kit on the 4Runner? Did you have to trim anything to fit those 20x10 wheels?

Got the Me-so customs ultimate turn signals installed. Big improvement, and I'm glad to be rid of a little more chrome!

Also changed the fluids for both diffs and the transmission to Redline brand. Very noticeable improvements in changing gears and overall smoothness. Either this stuff is that much better or the OEM fluids were not great. Toyota's maintenance schedule should definitely include a fluid change around 10 or 15k to get rid of the break in gunk in my humble opinion. Pictures below are from the front diff. The rear wasn't quite as bad, but still significant. Both oils were black. Transmission wasn't nearly as bad as either of the diffs. color wise. I'll be replacing the transmission drain plug with a magnet one if I can find something that works.

Next up is a Fluid Film undercoating and some snow treads before winter hits full force!

Do you have to do the draining on level ground?

Hmm I would yeah. If you happen to have four ramps that would be the best way to get good access without a lift.

I don't have a truck lift or a 2 post vehicle lift. Where did you find the instructions on how to change the transmission fluid?

3” Revtek kit on both. LOTS of trimming on both for sure! 20x10 -19mm offset with 285-5520. I may go 6” on both, not sure yet...
