So last week I purchased a new pocket holster for my Ruger LCP 380. I’ve been using a Desantis inside waist holster and desided to try a pocket holster instead. I was then left with the idea of mounting the Desantis somewhere in my truck. (Not to leave it in there 24/7 but to have accessible when on a road trip or something.) Turns out the Desantis belt mount was able to clip just right under the steering column. So no drilling required. It’s not visible through the windows and doesn’t seem to get in my way when entering or exiting the truck. Just thought I’d share the idea.... 69C795B6-8B16-4E7B-B903-5E636F40AF34.jpg20EADC9B-4185-41B8-98E3-F0B77205D72F.jpg

Plenty of install threads here to make the job easier. Make sure to use plenty of silicone for a proper a seal. Mine came with standard rails. I like the new rails with slots that’s makes mounting accessories a lot easier

My Mom's family settled in Indialantic in the 50's. Loved spending summers there. Watched numerous launches, including Apollos 8, 11, 16, and 17 from their front lawn!

A bunch of aunts, uncles and cousins still live there.

Bought a house last year in Saint Augustine.

Footlocker on the left = 1946-47? Repainted or just stored in a climate controlled environment for the last 7 decades.

Sure... I used a complete plug-n-play system from https://car-solutions.com/en/rfcc-ttg2-car-camera-control-system-for-toyota-touch-2-entune.php for $150 delivered (not including camera)... pull off radio HU trim, remove 4 x 10mm bolts, pull two plugs and add car solutions harness, reattach original cables and plug in front camera RCA plug. Lots of YouTube videos showing similar type of unit installs, hardest part is to run RCA cable through firewall.
