I pulled mine and painted also. Too much work to tape off. Use 60lb fishing line and floss behind the badge to get them off. Plasti-Dip spray paint from home depot. 3M double sided tape from automotive section. Nothing to it.

I used 6lb line to remove mine... The line broke on me twice but it worked.

The heaviest line i have is 14lb. I have caught sand shark with it. What are you catching with 60lb test and when am i invited ? ?

    :D

haha! I went walmart specifically for the strongest line i could find. Didn't know they made 60lb. i started taking may badges off with some 15b i had in the tackle box and it was breaking like crazy. the 60lb could be used as a boat anchor line. the shit won't break! at least not while taking off badges. Almost sawed my pinky finger off though!

Lol, actually I think thanks to how much mud was already caked on there it sort of protected it.

But I removed my seat and shop vac'd it and dried it out lol. Should be good but I'll be replacing the carpet.

Spent yesterday installing some 5100s all around and icon 3 pack Aal. Just got done today getting it aligned at pepboys. Looks legit to me.
    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

    - 5100 shock set to 1.75 with stock springs
    - tires 275/65/r18
    - wheels rays Volk racing te37 18 x 9, 0 offset
    - grill plastidipped / bezel vinyl wrapped satin black.

Install was straight forward except having to cut off a spring clamp on the leafs to install the aal pack. Glad I had access to one of these.
