Traded a two-four of for these beauty brand new sidesteps. I better hope these don't cause me issues when I'm out kicking rocks but I mean what's a couple inches up in the next year or so? Every other nutsack around the bend from me has a lift, what's wrong with me?

I know they're not some fancy dude-magnet rails (that make me very jealous) but as least my lady has something to kick her boots off on now.

Can anyone confirm the thread size for the automatic shift knob is still 8mm x 1.25? Want to replace the knob with something

it won't fit as-is on the 2016 Tacoma without some modifications (cut 1.5" of the longest side, and better brackets to hold in place.)

I had it installed on my 2016 OR access cab, along with a processor, amp, and new speakers.

 

I know I am a few months late on this, but you might want to try an Air On Board switch. I have one on my second gen that fits perfect! If the blanks are roughly the same size, go with them. www.aironboard.com. They list the switch dimensions so you can measure to be 100%.
