Yea mine is meds and MTN DEW. But the VA does just throw meds at the situation rather than try to fix it. Went outside the VA system and got way more help.

The weed smoking is the weirdest thing. Considering that if any federal agency comes in contact with you they can still arrest you. Like the national parks forest rangers since most of us do enjoy the out doors. Also, you cannot buy a firearm ever. Even if you say you are not using weed. The VA next time they do a blood draw and they see the THC you can loose your benefits and the use of the VA. Don’t have the one hitter in your truck if your ever on federal land. That will still get you busted including the VA or any federal building and 100 yards around it.

I started skydiving a few years ago and joked about it being my therapy. Screwed my knee up last jump in April and have not jumped since. Been in kinda a dark place lately. So apparently I was not joking as much as I thought. I really need to throw myself out of an airplane to reset my headspace and timing.

"Dark place" being relative. Nothing compared to folks with real issues to work through. I just have not been my normal happy Red Foreman self.

No wonder a stranger came up to me in the parking lot and asked me what registering my truck cost me in Texas. Holy balls. He said he was moving from California and simply hinted that his registration was "a lot."

That's financial rape. What the hell are they spending it on? Can't be the roads.

Man where I live, Long Beach, we have some of the highest taxes in the state of Mississippi. When it was new it was a little under $800 if I remember correctly. It's ridiculous.

 

The cost is based on the MSRP of each vehicle. That was recently changed from the "value" of the vehicle to the MSRP a couple years or so ago.

 

I feel bad for you guys that depend on the VA, you put your lives on the line for our country and in return all they want to do is give out jar after jar of pills. Research shows THC, CBD, and cannabinoids have a lot of benefits that can help with PTSD, stress, and a lot of other things however, with it still being a schedule 1 substance (like meth, crack, pcp, and heroin) the federal government will not fund any research for it.

THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEN AND WOMEN THAT DEFEND OUR COUNTRY. Being free doesn't come free.

i need to venture out there one of these days. I went to Montana earlier this year and loved that vibe out west..

 

We pay some of the highest taxes, regerstration, fuel costs, housing expenses, and all around cost of living and yet me still have the shittiest roads in the nation..... But nobody worry, the high speed meth rail going from Fresno to Bakersfield should be done soon and that will make it all better.....

 

Labor day I had help getting my Warn winch and Factor55 goodies on. Relocated the front camera right above the winch line of sight and today bolted on the front license plate.
