While in town cleaning Moms yard after the hurricane, I went by the restaurant where my daughter works. These 2 guys that work the parking lot there told me when I got out that when they saw me pull in they said to each other "cool raptor" but when they realized what I was driving they said "even better, cool Tacoma" :)20190907_204307.jpg

Added an auxiliary fuse box to run my light bars and anything else that needs power.
    4EAF09FA-B7DD-418A-A5BD-2A357CE9062B.jpg
Also finally added a hyperspot beam light bar to my bumper.
    10245211-8143-42FD-A278-9B09D5AB2731.jpg
And one of CaliraisedLED’s oem style switches for the light bar.

Just starting out, give me time
Many people don't know the reason the raptors have those lights. The real reason is not for looks, although it does look cool, it's because of the width of the truck. Any truck over a certain width is supposed to have these in the front. Not sure if it's the same in the back end.

Installed the Yotaled raptor style lights today. Will have to do some grinding as I have an aftermarket pro grill but the lights still look great!A756C588-4D64-4278-A866-DAEF3B13D5A2.jpg

2019 Barcelona Red DCLB Sport 4x3 with Rugged Looks II cover. Purchased 8/30/19.

2nd TACO owned....Had a 2008 DCLB 1WD with 178K miles and no major issues...wanted an "upgrade"...had the wife's blessing EXCEPT for my first choice in color....INFERNO...But, alas it worked out good. She loves the B. Red and the INFERNO was stopped with last year's models.

Lists, I got 'em........ (No pics yet...followed other esteemed members tips and tricks, plenty of you tube videos for the electrical portions, etc....):hattip::bowdown: I can deal with 120V and 208V. And I RESPECT 480V enough to turn it off before working on it. There are three or four basic wire colors and they each usually mean the same thing. But, for some reason my "low" voltage skills are lacking. Must be the multi color wires that confuse my brain. On one side of the truck the green wire is +5V and on the other side it may be -5V and in the back it may be the ground. You have to follow some archaic schematic and I am too old to learn new tricks.

Completed (with very little colorful language....)

    - Tailgate lettering (Chrome - I like chrome or color match, no off-road in my future)

    - Chrome Exhaust Tip (MBRP) - still needs to be welded

    - LED Plate Lights (that was fun :annoyed:) Sylvania Zevo 2825/168/194 (available at your local auto parts store.
    - Pop & Lock (those tailgate wiring plastic thingys are a b.... to close and get the length right...OCD;))

    - Tailgate theft collar (color matched)

    - Ran wiring for pre-owned camera

    - Screen protector for Entune head (still got a couple of worrisome bubbles)
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0764YR665/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    - Ultimate Dome Light (@MESO) - HOLY CRAP!!!! I LIKE THIS!!!!!
    https://mesocustoms.com/collections/toyota-tacoma-3rd-gen/products/ultimate-dome-light
    - LED Map Lights (a LOT brighter) - (Sylvania Zevo 2825/168/194) (considering Ultimate Map Lights from @MESO)
    - Ran USB charger cable wire from center console under and through front Qi tray - easier access for those of us w/o smart phone and no wires hanging out in the cab without a specific purpose. Slight plastic "modification" to get cable to come through back of Qi tray.
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H3W62PY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    - Ran audio cable from Aux port under Qi tray to center console - "old school" MP3 player.
    - Cup and Door Liners

    - Upgrade low beam halogen headlights - Much better than stock. No LED due to previous disaster on 08. Light was brighter, but could not see as far down the road. No justification to spend dinero for dedicated LED housings..........YET:D. Would LOVE to get the Miromoto(sp?).
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XRS9LBR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    - Upgrade high beam halogen headlights - Good upgrade, but not on par with low beam upgrade.
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q85Y833/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    - SERIOUS wash, clay, polish (Meguiar's Ultimate Polish), tape, maintenance wax (Meguiars Ultimate Paste Wax), shiny wax #1 (Meguiars Carnuba) and shiny wax #2 (Chemical Guys Butter Wax) 16 hours including 3 hours taping off high risk areas.
    - Tried to prevent major leaks and heavy drips under bed cover, unsuccessful (work in progress). Not trying to stop ALL leaks, but need bed to not allow water to enter so easily.

    - Chrome Metal TRD Badge - Balance out tailgate (V6 on right, left looks naked and needs some bling too!) :amen:

And then there is the Probably  list and then the I Wish :fingerscrossed:list and then there is the All Important "YOU WISH" list.:ballchain: (aka Over My Dead Body list or You Buy This The Day Before You Want A Divorce list)

There is no LIFT list (I like the ride as is, except the shifting - S and ECT for now) (OV tuning is on the :ballchain: list)

No "Black"-Out list - I am old school and like chrome or color match - Blacktop King:cool:

It's gonna be fun to customize this one and I am probably going to hate when I am done.
May have to restart on my Topaz Gold 98 Grand Prix (190,000+ miles), cause this is the gonna be the most fun I have had in a vehicle since my 74 Metallic Green Grand Prix. :burnrubber:

Edited to correct wrong information for license plate lights. Thanks @El_Jefe
