If you aren't proud of where you are and what comes from there maybe you should leave and move to Texas. Apparently they figured out something they're your peers haven't. Not dissing on you. Just giving props to anyone proud to be what ever they are.

I'm not trying to put him down for being proud of Texas. I was there for 3 months for work so I know how they are. I just think it's funny they all act like Texas is like there in there own little country. Texas made is American Made so dont just rep your state rep your country our men and women died for.

    It's all good! :oldglory:

I've seen that commercial. "Texas, it's like a whole nuther country."

Actually lived there myself for a spell back in the '70's in Aldene Bender. Even saw Elvis at the Astrodome. I liked the Rodeo, wife liked Elvis........, women!
Guys at work tried to get me to go on a snipe hunt. Silly Texans figured a Yankee would fall for that one. Not!

The reason Texans have that "texas attitude" was once explained to me.... it's the only state that fought for their own independence from another country.

Interesting. What's behind that Tacoma in the pic? Not Tacomas. Do they make Tundras on the same line? Photoshop?

The Tundra is now designed in Newport Beach, California, engineered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, its engine is built in Huntsville, Alabama and then the final assembly takes place at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas

Just any FYI for anyone looking to purchase the Northstar 27F battery from Batteries Plus, I was able to get 20% off with coupon code "CDP13175". Total came out to just over $300 after the core deposit refund. I'm planning to install a solar panel after I get the battery in for off-grid camping. I will update with pics after I get it all installed.

Does anyone else think this thread is starting to suck with all the back and forth BS of things non related to Tacos? I am here for pictures and ideas of MODs to do to my tacoma. Take all the bickering and BS to another thread

Anyway, I installed full RCI skids to my taco. Install went well and only took a few hours. The truck rides so much more smooth now with the added weight, I didn't expect that at all. The skids feel extremely beefy and with the added cross member I think it could really support some weight.
