The one listed from Amazon in the thread is a metal overlay.
There are a couple of overlay options on eBay and Amazon that are aluminum but the fit might be questionable.

Here is one on eBay that has Tacoma in the heading but the site where materials are listed doesn't list it.

I have 72 months. Not because i couldn't afford 48. But my monthly exposure is nothing. I pay huge chunks with my yearly bonus. I will be paid off in three years hopefully. But if i ever get seriously ill and miss a long period of work again or get laid off i will still be rolling in the Tacoma. Same with my house. 30 year mortgage. Could have done 20. Pay the extra so either way it's paid off in 20. But my exposure is much less. And i have the extra cash every month for savings or trips or..... Mods!

    Do right by you @Txsrooster.

No, it comes with one and has one built into the front of the screen. It works pretty well from my experience so far.

So, at 7AM this morning I took my '18 ACLB in for the 12 month/10K (5,025 actual) mile ToyotaCare (ToyotaDoesn'tCare?) service. I waited around, and happily, it took less than 2 hours. After they were done, the Customer Service lady tells me that they changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires, and checked all of the things that they were supposed to check, and that It was ready to go. I explained that when I made the appointment, I asked that the oil NOT be changed because I had had it done at the 6 month/5000 (2200 actual) mile service. She explained that the oil change was free so it didn't matter. I explained that it did matter, because they had used up one of my "free" oil changes. She said, "No problem, I'll add another free oil change to the notes on your service record". I can't complain about that.

Forgot to mention: I stopped at the Parts Department just to check on how much a liter of the rear diff fluid was. (No, I'm not planning on changing the Diff fluid yet.) The Parts Man looked it up, and told me that the LF Diff fluid for my truck was $85 a liter. (I have the regular 4WD, non-limited slip, non-locker.) I said that "that is kind of expensive". He agreed, and that the Diff fluid for the Limited Slip was bad enough at $39, and was surprised that mine was over double that.

Most likely will need CMC if you want to go bigger than 3.3" tires.

    Joking aside, looks awesome.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Thanks, these are just mock up tires and too big to replicate my 32's. These are more like 35's. Lol

Question, has anyone painted or derped their 2018-19 OR/Sport grille? Seeing that lots of people have painted or swapped out the bezel (myself included), but asking specifically about the grille. If so, would be great to see pictures. Thinking about this option over swapping to a Pro or other aftermarket grille.

LOL! I'm pretty good at pissing people off without drinking any booze. Guess that is why I spend all my time alone.

FWIW during lunch I put on Tyger Side step nerf running boards or whatever you call them.... took about an hour. Quite functional as a step and door dinger preventer too.... quality is very nice imho.... they sometimes come up as new/used to the right below the "add cart" button for about 100 beans (which is what I paid) and I thought that was pretty reasonable.....

    @glantzy

I found a YouTube video that demonstrates how the key fob remote start works on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Vm7ZvVJ0Fo

It does work just like my Wife's 2018 Camry.

So far since I bought the truck,

Bought some floor liners from Amazon, the bed mat, upgraded led headlight bulbs and the TRD CAI.

Still saving up for sliders and bumpers.

Butcher, Is the roof rack a Victory? Any feedback on your choice of that rack? Does it generate much wind noise?
