You definitely wouldn't see my bumper hauling that around and it would look good on the back of my Tacoma! Wonder if they make high temp paint in Magnetic Gray Metallic? :D

You're making me hungry Bud! :goingcrazy:

25 lbs. ago I was a crowd! :anonymous:

Now if I could just not be a "gathering" any more I'd be all set. :annoyed:

Me neither. I know how to make the connections properly, correct connectors, solder, heat shrink tubing, ect., but when it comes to what wires go where we'll that's another issue.
Sure someone here can walk you through it if you explain what you are trying to do. Some of our members are amazing with their 12V DC electrical skills. I'm always afraid I'll smoke the computer so I tread lightly when doing my own electrical.
I can wire a whole house but when it comes to my Tacoma I'm a babe in the woods! o_O
On the bright side you have warm weather to do the job. Cold as hell here!

Impressed with the color output, will see tonite how much better they are.

    Installed Pro side steps
Now I can get in and out without the slightest of jumps I had been doing

That's pretty nice. I love it too!
Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference.
I may have to borrow that idea only with TEQ to match my old school grille badge.

You’re absolutely right. This is a great resource for guidance when you want to tackle anything on your own! Sunny right now and supposed to be in the mid 60s.

He makes a version that replaces the whole logo that requires removing the old sombrero or ...the easy way that I used, an overlay that I just superglued it on top of the old one.
I did sand my old chrome one down a little with some 60 grit sandpaper so it would be a little more flush.
Only took a few minutes to install this way.

5 Tacoma’s, 3 generations, 1000’s of miles driven. No, it’s not a Toyota dealership. Is my workplace parking lot. There were 3 more Tacoma’s in the next lane. Tacoma’s are the unofficial truck at my workplace.

Yes. They are not a perfect fit. Had mine roughly 2 years. They are seen more by you than anyone else.

I’ve got a similar situation at my work ... the 5th Tacoma is missing from the pic (2013 Green SR5). Of the 12 employees, five of us have Tacomas

Thank you, I wasn't sure if I was missing something or maybe didn't tighten the mounting brackets all the way. They came with this strip of some black sticky foam material, thought maybe it was used to provide some spacing somewhere? Idk, ordered from Amazon and my box didn't have instructions.
