Thanks! I actually saw this “cheap mod” on one of the other TW strings a few weeks back. I didn’t expect a lot for $6 or even know it I’d want to use the thing once I got it but surprisingly it actually really does match the interior, it’s good quality and it serves a solid purpose for what I needed.

Not sure why someone decided it would be a good idea to attach a bed to a CRV......gross.

Has anyone changed their horn? I'm not sure about anyone else but mine sounds weak and sometimes when I lock/unlock and the horn does the double beep, its distorted on the first beep. Almost like it's not getting the full signal. Weird I know but I bothers the shit out of me. Anyone else had this problem?

Oh man this makes me cringe. What a beautiful taco. I hope the insurance pays for everything and gets it back to new. That's like my dream truck I'm probably gonna get one very similar when I pay mine off. Voodoo blue Trd pro is my absolute favorite tacoma. Good luck brotha!

Where did you get the red accent Tacoma mats? It looks like it would match my red accents.

I concur, I did this, and didn't realize how much more comfortable my knee was. Simple and cheap.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Horns take a lot of current. Even lightly oxidized terminals can be highly resistive, limiting that current. Clean the terminals on the horn with some Scotchbrite or FINE steel wool and WD40. Locate the horn relay and do the same there.

Lots have. I for one added some Hella horns, others have added Cadillac or air horns. Use the search in the upper right and you will find several threads.

I wasn’t saying that was a common issue, just that lots have upgraded for one reason or another. Just to clarify.

I damaged one of my OEM horns, so bought these on Amazon. Very pleased! Great sound and only $20.

The extended thread lugs are required if they suggest it. Depending on where you got your wheels, they are usually included free of charge.

TVD Vinyl has emblem decals to fit fairly seamlessly over the TSS emblem - and they can be colour-matched to your Taco, or are also available in matte and gloss black. Just have to contact him, as they’re not available on his Etsy page.
Mine should be showing up this week, in cement grey. Will post pics when it’s on.
