Small lift and alignment. 1.5” spacer up front. 1” Block in rear. Really happy with the stance and ride height now. Ride is pretty much stock. MT tires seem more firm than stocks which is welcome.

Wow, what a story. I needed a good laugh. I've never heard of this happening before. Sound like you need to move a little further south...like the Gulf Coast and you wouldn't have to worry about that. Sorry for your bad luck this morning.

I've been locked out before by ice, first time ever locked in.
In retrospect it's funny, at the time not so much. All is well that ends well.

This happened to me too many times last year. The problem ended up being the car wash jets would push water into the key hole, this prevented the locks from moving. I spent a good part of the winter with no drivers door panel so I could go out there with the heat gun and melt the locks. Now I tape off the keyhole when I wash.

You know I never use my key to lock or unlock my doors anyway. Some vinyl and a hole punch the same diameter of the lock and I'd be good to go permanently. Sounds like a plan. Vinyl discs for those of us who use key fobs to lock and unlock our vehicles. Not vehicle specific............, hmmm.
    Hmmm.

Not today...but this last week I got fallen wildpeaks installed, and also installed my bed cover. Modified my 2nd gen soft cover to fit my 3rd gen which saved me some money.

So I finally put in the center console organizer, installed some red LEDs in the map lights and then realized the dome light is a different bulb.

Since I frequent these damn forums I heard of this mythical @MESO and hopped on his website and ordered the red LED dome lights since apparently my MIL ordered the map lights. I guess I’m going to pull the red LEDs out and ship them back to Amazon.

I also plastidip the emblems which was pretty easy. Now I’m just waiting for Santa to bring me everything else that I wanted.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
One of my routines when winterizing my vehicles each year is to spray all the door seals with silicone and then spray an anti-seize(WD-40 for example) into the door locks and on the hinges.

I second the silicon spray on the rubber seals. It does wonders.

For locks,, I've had really good results with powdered graphite.
Here's an Amazon link, but you can find it at Lowe's, Home Depot,
a hardware store, or any place that duplicates keys.

A tube will last you for years, and years.

so I got my truck 2 weeks ago with no add-ons and decided I wanted to add steps, blackout overlays, clear mask to front bumper and side mirrors and then tented the front windows to match back two. Big fan of how this looks now. I'll mostly use for snowboarding, but want to get back into fishing and mountain biking and maybe learn how to off-road. Can't tell if OR'ing looks fun or not...
