This morning I installed a Tekonsha P3 brake controller.

I removed the little cubby to the left of the steering wheel and cut a hole in the back large enough for the 3031-P wiring harness. Then I shoved the brake controller in the cubby and put everything back. its a tight fit and it seems to work pretty good. I will be testing the brake controller on saturday.

I was going to take pictures of the process but then I realized how much dog hair was in my truck so I decided against it.
I pretty much copied this guys work

I put Eibach lift coils and a 1.5 rear aal with bilstein 5100s all around. I put milestar Patagonia m/t 285/75r16 and have 0 rubbing and haven’t had to trim a thing (yet). I put method 305nvs 0mm offset 4.5 back space clears everything.

With the exception of a few fleeting moments here and there it's always been a great site. Lots of knowledge and great ideas from members such as yourself as well as many others make it so. A few little tiffs here and there but far better and much more civil than some of the other Tacoma blogs. We're all family here so to speak.

No mods again for me today it's just too dang cold out there!

    Have a great day Bud!!

Very true. The only thing cajuns need to worry about deicing are beer mugs and turkeys before we fry'em.

    De-icing a beer mug? Sacrilege!
If "I" was going to deep fry a turkey I'd call the fire department in advance.
I usually have that whole Murphy thing going on. o_O

We don't deice them on purpose. Our copius amounts of winter time sunshine does it for us. Ice is on the endangered species list South of 30*, -90*.

Yes. I'm using a separate fuse block which is wired to the battery, but if you don't have one you can just crimp a ring terminal on there and connect directly to the battery. A fuse is almost always recommended though.

Aside from fitting 33's and doing some trimming haven't done much due to the weather. I did install a snow plow though. KFI winch and plow kit on a '20 Rancher. :bikewheelie:

That looks like it's a silicone sealant. The way it is applied (only part way around) looks like it may have been done to indicate tamper.

Unless its part of their QA process that indicates they've verified they torqued it properly

Just finished de-badging, removing the TRD off-road vinyl, and adding the rear black Tacoma letters.
