Added a wireless backup camera to the front bumper. 3CC3A796-8A2C-4859-BEB4-27A26DBEA799.jpg
It uses WiFi and Bluetooth to feed the image into your phone. The feed is a little slow. It’s a fun toy, but I wouldn’t want to have to depend on it.
Here is photo of the driver’s view through the windshield.

Here’s the same view via the camera mounted on the front bumper.

It's been a while since I posted updates on the rig. I wrapped the roof, installed the Victory 4x4 MOLLE panels, got the Victory bumpers fitted, added the CaliRaised switch panel and some additional switches, and got the Baja Design S8 installed. The winch should arrive in a few days.

Hey...I'm interested in these things, look pretty slick. Two questions; 1. Do you have to drill holes in the sidewalls? 2. How are they mounted (meaning sheet metal screws? Inserts?) so that the weight of the tools inside the box don't tug out the hold down fasteners when you swing it open or someone leans on it in the deployed condition?

You should frame that photo and hang it on the wall.
    It's a piece of artwork.

Finally started processing a few photos from my Maze trip last October. Six months is much faster than I normally get around to this kind of thing, so hooray!

I finally got around to doing a ceramic coat on the Tacoma. Looks amazing, hoping it holds up.

Went with the 116 SL 49pounds and glad I did. Drives great and I drove about 3 hours in town, hwy, and a little 4W and my gas mileage was not negatively effected. I was tore between this tire and the “Wild Beaks” and I decided to go Nitto because they had a rebate. I’m glad I did. Cheers

Its been a week or two since I changed the Gear Oil in the Rear Diff, MT, and Transfer Case - but I finally got around to hitting the Front Diff today. Seems I misunderestimated the how much I'd need when making my initial Amazon order so I had to order enough to cover the Font Diff.

Anyone know if I should I see a vacuum when I open the fill plug on the Rear Diff & Transfer Case? Actually it could be either a vacuum or a pressure build up. I didn't see this on the Rear Diff when I made the initial change, but did today when I checked the Fluid levels. The Transfer Case had a vacuum both times. I know the Rear Diff is supposed have some sort of breather, do I need to check to see if it's clogged or install a breather extension? I don't really off road much or at least haven't off roaded much, so I don't know why it would get clogged.

Also, has anyone had any experience with the snake oil below? I saw a post here (or maybe on the Rear Diff Whine thread) a while back and watched a very interesting YouTube video, but wondered if anyone had any personal experience.
