Working 12 hr swing shifts 6PM to 6AM has an effect on motivation, toss in the stuff that needs doing around the place and well.........
To put it in a nutshell I'm unfortunately busier that a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Some things just have to wait. Not complaining (maybe whining a little) it just is what it is. I have to laugh when I hear some folks say they won't know what to do with themselves once they are retired.
I have the solution for anyone looking for something to do, come to my house! Always plenty of cold beer on hand!

Oh I know what you mean. I work 180 hrs in 2 weeks then I’m off for 2 weeks(yes 90 hrs a week). My schedule is completely weird but I’m used to it. My first 3 days off are balls to the wall. Sunday is rest/church/family day. We all have to make sacrifices. I’m just trying to get you motivated. :boink:
No beer until at least one project or honey-do is completed.

Now the no beer thing? That's a great motivator! :D
I know you're only busting my beans, it just gave me a chance to whine a little.
I'm kind of like the little train that could. I just keep on chugging along looking forward to that down hill grade.:D

Lol. That wore off after 50 machine hours and countless buckets of composted horse manure.
First time in my life that I didn't mind taking shit from someone. :D

Installed Relentless’s mounts. And those mounts are so heavy duty, I might have to do a suspension upgrade!

By the grace of God, I still love my job and going to work. I work 14 hour days eight days straight, then get 6 off. Next year I’ll have been at it for 30 years.

Still like mine too but after 15 years of 6PM to 6AM those hours have grown old. On the up side I hope to be only a year or so away from retirement depending on if my 401k comes back. Spun the wheel on high risk investments and was doing just fine but who saw this coming? Just another bump in the road of life.

Finished sound deadening and thermal insulating the doors, took about 2 days. Pita for sure, the doors are not fun. I never took photos really cuz it's more of a "get it done cuz it's not fun" deal. Noico solutions 80 mil deadening, and green 170 mil sound insulation.

Also got around to finishing up my auxiliary fuse panel. Can't find a place open right now for battery cable to finish the instal.

Took advantage of the nice weather here in Illinois and mounted my new wheels(16" TRD Pros) and a replica TRD Pro grill and grill lights. Next up is to try and find a set of Quicksand painted rear bumper caps.
